1. Find 10–25 businesses per day

Here are a few simple compensation models you could offer your friend.


Option 1: Commission Only

This is the safest for you because you only pay when they help bring in money.


$997/month package

Friend gets: $300 upfront when client paysOptional: $100/month for 3 months if client stays

Total possible: $650


$2,222/month package

Friend gets: $750 upfront when client paysOptional: $200/month for 3 months if client stays

Total possible: $1,400


$4,987/month package

Friend gets: $1,500 upfront when client paysOptional: $500/month for 3 months if client stays

Total possible: $3,050

This is simple and motivating.


Option 2: Percentage Commission


Good if you want the pay to scale naturally.


Suggested structure

20% of the first month’s payment for a closed deal.

That would be:

$997 package = $199.60

$2,222 package = $444.40

$4,987 package = $997.40


You could also do:


10% monthly recurring for the first 3 months

That would be:

$997 package = $99.80/month for 3 months = $299.40

$2,222 package = $222.20/month for 3 months = $666.60

$4,987 package = $498.70/month for 3 months = $1,496.10


Option 3: Appointment Setter Pay

Best if they are only booking calls, not closing deals.

Pay them when a qualified call actually happens.

Bonus if the call closes

A lead only counts if they meet these rules:

They are open to marketing help

They can afford at least $998/month

They are willing to take a call

They are not just “curious” with no intent
